Welcome to The Garage Sale 3.5. We’ve revamped a few things here and there, and are now opening the doors to more items to be allowed.
Before we get into the rules it’s time for a disclaimer. Abstract Gamers takes no responsibility for any goods you’ve bought or sold on eBay. If you decide to purchase anything through this board, that is your own choice. Any problems will need to go through the normal PayPal/eBay routes. By having a minimum posts/length of membership we have done our best to ensure a poster is trustworthy. Always know who you’re buying from before using eBay, the rating system is there for a reason.
As for Members that Sell, please make sure that ALL auctions are fair. This means no "Boosting" the prices higher using a second eBay account and canceling auctions because the bidding price is too low for items. All other transaction problems must go through eBay/PayPal, as we are not responsible for them.
The biggest rule is simple, ONLY eBay links are allowed.
To post you must:
* Have been a member for 2 months or more
* Have 100 posts or more
You are allowed to post:
* Anything gaming related. That including systems, games, faceplates, etc. This is not limited to the Xbox 360 either; you’re welcome to use The Garage Sale for any of your gaming auctions.
* Next-Gen DVDs. Only Blu-Ray and HD-DVD sales are allowed. No standard DVDs!
Any violation of the above will lead to either an infraction or a temporary ban.
Please try to limit yourselves to create only ONE thread. There's nothing wrong with combining all your items into one thread, especially when you're selling multiple items at once. Just make sure to organize it in a way that's presentable to potential buyers.
To best insure a smooth sale, please include the following when making a post:
* TITLE
o Item & region if applicable
* Post
o Item description
o Starting price
o Reserve (if applicable)
o End Date (MUST be included to help us close old auctions)
o Link
Failure to follow these rules will result in warnings, followed by infractions.
